TERMS OF USE

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must reserve the right to determine terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of refusal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract.

DISTANCE AGREEMENT

The seller of the items offered on this website is Inga Lavanna, registration Nr. 14017910068, legal address Artilērijas iela 47-4, Riga, Latvia on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who orders, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:

1. General terms

- The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the items to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed in the online store;

- General product description, composition, delivery method for each product is described individually;

- In cases where the ordered item is not available or there are problems with the delivery, the Seller will inform the Buyer within one working day;

- Product colors in real life may differ from those shown on the Internet due to monitor settings;

- Product prices are shown separately for each product. The Seller informs that the prices in the online store are variable, and the price can be changed by the Seller without notice.

2. Ordering

- To place an order in the online store, the Buyer selects the items and adds them to the shopping cart. To confirm the order, the Buyer selects the option: Order;

- The Buyer is personally responsible for the correctness of the delivery data;

- In order for the Buyer to make changes to the order, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller about the change by e-mail: [email protected];

- By ordering the product, the Buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the product description and all the information related to a specific product and published in the product description;

- If the Buyer has questions or doubts about ordering items or order details, the Buyer should contact the Seller by e-mail: [email protected];

- The items are prepared for the Buyer only after payment.

3. Payment

- The buyer pays for the order by bank transfer or payment card/internet banking;

- Commission fees (interbank commission, etc.) related to making a transfer to the Seller are covered by the Buyer;

- The Seller starts the preparation of the order only after the Seller has received the money for the order in their bank account.

4. Delivery

- The Seller delivers the order to the Buyer according to the delivery method chosen by the Buyer;

- Items are dispatched within 1-4 working days from the moment of payment of the order; in cases where more time is needed to prepare the order, the Seller informs the Buyer about it;

- Delivery costs depends on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer. The following shipping methods are available:

delivery using Omniva parcel to LV - 3,00 EUR (free for orders above 50,00 EUR);
delivery using Omniva parcel to EE and LT - 7,00 EUR (free for orders above 50,00 EUR);
delivery using DPD parcel to LV - 3,00 EUR (free for orders above 50,00 EUR);
delivery using DPD parcel to EE and LV - 6,00 EUR (free for orders above 50,00 EUR);
delivery using Latvian Post to LV - 5,00 EUR;
delivery using Latvian Post to other EU countries - 10,00 EUR.

*free delivery with Omniva or DPD parcels does not apply to goods that cannot be placed in a parcel, such as large-format paintings.

- In cases where the Buyer wishes to receive the order using another delivery method, the Buyer must coordinate this with the Seller;

- In cases where the preparation of the order is delayed, the Seller immediately informs the Buyer about the delay of the order;

- The Seller is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the items which is caused by a delay of the delivery service provider chosen by the Buyer.

- If the ordered items exceed the size that can be placed in a parcel, the Seller uses alternative options for delivery. For example, if the size of the item exceeds the size of Omniva's or DPD available L sized locker, then the Seller will deliver the items chosen by the Buyer using Latvian Post or other delivery methods.

5. Withdrawal

- The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered item within 14 days of receiving the order in the following cases:

the product is not used;
the item is packed in the original packaging with the original trademarks and complete set;
the item is not soiled or otherwise damaged

- To cancel the order, the Buyer writes a message to the Seller at the e-mail address: [email protected].

- The costs associated with the return of items due to the Buyer's refusal shall be borne by the Buyer;

- The Seller will return the money to the Buyer's bank account within 14 days from the moment of receiving the items;

- In cases where the Buyer has requested to make changes to the items and they are made according to an individual order, the Seller will not accept return or change of the items;

- When concluding a distance contract, the Buyer is familiar with the right of withdrawal.

6. Privacy

- Lavannart undertakes the responsibility that Buyer's private information (name, surname, delivery address, etc.) will not be transferred to third parties, except in cases where it is requested by law enforcement authorities.

- The Seller may request the following personal data from you for processing orders, accounting purposes and organizing product delivery: name, surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

- The data provided by the Buyer is stored on the platform of the website developer, on the Seller's computer and at the e-mail address: [email protected]. Data is protected and only accessible with a secure password .

- The Buyer has the right to request to delete or correct their data, to request the termination of data processing, to object to data processing, to withdraw their consent.

- We respect your privacy and will never use your data for a purpose that could limit your privacy.
